No help when needed. I am pretty good a keeping track of things, but got the Tile as a "just in case" measure. When did need it, well..I was required to reset my password and had to await an email from Tile to do so. Of course, the email never arrived, even after a second request. Do not be a chump like me and spend you money on this device.
Not the kind to leave reviews, but f me... I received my tile, brand new, and it was not working. After loads of emails to customer service, I did everything they asked, still nothing. Even if its brand new, they could only offer me 20% off my next purchase. Around 20 more emails later, they only offered 20% off( I just asked to be fixed, didn't want my money back or anything else), so eventually I just left it... Don't waste your money on this..

I have been using various tiles for years and amazed at finding these negative reviews.
I have my keys, my wallet, my bag and various other items connected to a tile and regulary use my phone to find them without issue.
I had no problem setting up anything at all.
Why you would need customer service for such a simple item boggles my mind. It’s like calling Heinz about their beans.
I think there are many techno problematic people out there that no solution will suit. Everyone else who bought just gets on with it and doesn’t look back. So don’t blame Tile.
They absolutely work and do the job.
This product is useless and there is no support. If you are more than 25 feet away it won’t read. It will lock you out if there search goes 5 min or longer. It self reports that it’s lost and won’t let you search new areas. IF you choose to pay an extra $99 dollars they will ALLOW you to resume searching. Complete Rip Off !!

Absolutely awful product, do manufacturers not test their items before releasing them on the market these days, connectivity issues and can't seem to find my keys when they're no more than a few feet away at times
I bought one pro tile, one mate, one slim for my wallet and 4 stickers for remotes. My pro tile didn't work but they wanted me to return EVERYTHING. Like tear off the stickers on my remotes that actually work and ship them back at my expense!! Really? They want me to return perfectly well-functioning products at my expense? I've never heard of such a moronic policy!!! Definitely crooks and scammers that run the business! Best advice: Use a credit card when purchasing so you can fight it and get your money back if the devices are defective.
Absolute load of crap. It never worked when I lost my Samsung J20 WHICH WAS UNDER THE DAMN CAR SEAT I WAS SAT ON. Then when I complained, they sent a replacement device... I lost my Samsung A51 yesterday and GUESS WHAT, the replacement tile couldn't find it - the phone was in a pocket of my bag I hadn't checked properly. So, I've had great fun smashing the piece of crap to smithereens with a hammer. DON'T BUY THIS WASTE OF MONEY.
Awful service. Product might. E good but who knows ?! They never bother to complete an online order. Tried twice paid twice got cancelled by then twice and refunded slowly twice too.
Couldn’t buy a Tile if I tried. What’s the point of a good product if that awful infrastructure in the company cannot support it. Suggest you hire a new IT manager to allow people to actually buy your products. Waste of my time twice. Will advise others to buy an alternative product from a different more organised company.

Terrible customer service, got one as a present for Christmas, doesn’t work, had loads of e-mail conversations with proof of detect videos etc and they offered a 20% discount on a replacement!. Disgusted.
Absolute crap product and customer service that is arrogant ! Product worked one day. I emailed Tile and the response was i should nit use such critical language! What the heck They only want ur money then treat the customer as the issue diverting focus from poor product and zero customer service. I wish i had checked trust pilot before buying. Worker attitudes reflect managements attitude and its clear they are arrogant people who design and sell crap then turn in their customer. They take zero responsibility for product or customer service quality
It works very sporadically. At times I can be standing directly next to my devices and it will not work.
As a result it’s about as useful as a chocolate fire guard, I.e not at all.
Don’t buy.
